Dales House

Decent overall experience. I felt so welcome. The staff was willing to help, I truly enjoyed them all, they are very obliging. I had savoury breakfast with a terrific view. Having different savoury drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

The hotel is fairly clean, the beds are relaxing. Location is easy and the beach is sandy, really impressive place. Warm & absolutely gorgeous room.

Delicious breakfast with plenty of options, extremely convenient and immaculately clean place. Staff was friendly attentive, service was individual, they shared some useful information. The pool was clean, good after a tiring day. I could park the car onsite.

Staff were thoughtful, top-notch service.

The rooms were bright and the staff was exceptionally kind. The bed was big and it was great having television, a kettle and balcony. Continental breakfast with toast and a terrific view, for example was ENJOYABLE. Liked our stay, had excellent 2 days overall.

not the cheapest one but excellant value for money. we loved staying at dales house. had good sleep at the suite. it is in the middle of the city. lovely bar on site.

Worth its 3 stars. An interesting place for exploring Hawes. The restaurant was located within 100 metres. Besides, Wi-Fi in all rooms was a bonus.

That tea was missing. Sadly, but there was hair in some areas. Beds were uncomfortable.

The atmosphere was friendly, ideal place for for a wedding ceremony. Really loved the canopy bed.

We came to Hawes for one night, no complaints for this hotel. Staff were all loyal. Fabulous food for all meals. We had a comfortable room.

Friendly personnel and excellent location. We visited one of our favourite spots wensleydale creamery that was adjacent to the hotel. We dined at Voujon, that is just 300 metres away;)))

Couldn’t fault.
